My time from owning my own businesses to performing duties as an executive director in JAPAC have shaped my experiences and my outlook on life. No matter what, I challenge myself to be a better leader for the teams I manage and the clients I work with.

 

Growing teams & businesses in different regions of the globe has given me an awareness and perspective that make you stop and notice the individual and what they need—in this I believe that I can foster a willingness in my team members to start new ventures and identify better ways to build business practices together.

 

I believe in a responsible and creative leadership strategy to generate results with clients and internal teams. I know that focusing on personal growth can lead to professional growth for myself and those around me. I utilize the power of meditation to become aware of my surroundings; I volunteer, because greatness is not what you have, it is what you give.
